Our Maintenance Free Garden Rooms are manufactured using the best fibre cement board cladding on the market. Cedral Click cladding from Marley Eternit is available in 21 factory colours and 2 woodstain finishes. Key benefits of this external cladding are:

All of our Maintenance Free Garden Rooms roofs are covered with Fire Stone EDPM rubber roofing, which has a 50 year life expectancy. Covering the roofs in one piece with no joins and using UPVC soffit and facias allows for a faultless finish.

A choice of UPVC double glazed windows are available to fit your requirements, whether it be full length windows to enjoy the sunshine or a half height window to allow a working space below, any combination is possible.

Using a high quality 70mm Celotex insulation in the walls and roof and 50mm insulation in the floor, you can be sure of a warm and eco friendly environment all year through.

Two choices of internal finishes are available, 9mm TG&V effect white mdf boarding can give stylish, sleek finish whilst the 9mm birch faced allows for a natural timber finish.
